A multifunctional location of 1,700 m2 in the heart of world design capital Milan, completely dedicated to the needs of Real Estate developers, with an innovative approach to the Contract System formula.
In fact, this original display District offers sector professionals - property developers, architects and interior designers - an integrated, leading-edge platform able to provide a package of exclusive, turnkey services, the ideal response to the changing needs of the residential property market. All aspects of the conception, design, marketing and realisation of customised projects, together with the superlative quality of the products which the partners offer, are the fundamental distinctive assets of the District, with a team focusing on the contract world right from the earliest construction phases.
Projects Milano Contract District
Ernestomeda Design District - as the project is called - will house the Ernestomeda kitchens collection, and will only receive, by appointment, real estate professionals, architects, interior designers, property developers, construction firms and investors interested in finding out more about the benefits and service package Ernestomeda has fielded for the Business to Business (B2B) channel.
To achieve this, Ernestomeda Design District, with its specialist team, intends to operate as a partner and not just as a supplier in real estate operations.
Ernestomeda Design District has chosen its historic partner Genesin for the creation of its first specialist contract channel showroom for the provinces of Padua, Treviso and Venice. The showroom, at Via S.Pio X 181 in Castelfranco Veneto (Treviso), is 120 m2 in area and displays 3 kitchens.
A fundamental, distinctive asset with the innovative Design District formula, the location is a genuine multipurpose workspace, where final purchasers can completely customise the kitchen included by the developer in the home they are going to buy or rent. It thus transforms into a place for encounters, exchanges of ideas and socialisation between professionals, property developers and final purchasers.
