Corte Alfieri is a project which renews and restores a historic building in the centre of Turin, in the part of the city constructed in the 19C; a rectangular grid of blocks and streets lined with elegant facades immediately surrounding the old town.
Technological breadth
for about 65 homes. The highest environmental standards have been adopted, with impressive energy savings. The apartments are designed with sophistication and to the highest standards, in a dialogue of history and contemporary style.
An internal courtyard is overlooked by the balconies of the different levels: vertical structures link the various floors at a rhythm that intensifies towards the edges. The stone paving reflects the alternation of walls and windows on the facade; the courtyard also contains seats and medium-sized trees.
The finely styled interiors transform the building into a contemporary residential development.
Soul with worktop and wall cladding in Easy Canyon colour quartz, Desert Beige hi-melamine doors. Black way handle, handle groove and plinth frame the entire prestige project.
