Comprising two buildings, each with 4 floors, the architectural project has two street fronts, on via dei Farnese and Borgo delle Grazie.
A modern residential complex in the Oltretorrente neighbourhood, the most authentic of all zones of the city of Parma, where the Santa Teresa convent after which it is named once stood.
Comprising two buildings, each with 4 floors, the architectural project has two street fronts, on via dei Farnese and Borgo delle Grazie.
Inside, sheltered from the city bustle, it has a garden with small differences in level and pathways that evoke the convent’s ancient cloisters.
Two values which give dynamism to the home and domestic interiors. From the conservation of the architectural remains to the colour moodboard chosen for the interior furnishings, which aim to evoke constant contact with nature.
The indoor materials are natural and inspired by the environment. This amplifies the impression of contact with the outside world and green surroundings, and provides a continual sensory experience.
A fine balance of architecture, nature and the context, which preserves the existing historic structures while providing quality of life and meeting living-space needs.
